The ST832 chicken thigh kneecap deboner is a great investment to reducing the labour costs on deboning thighs. This machine does not only remove the bone, but also removes the cartilage at the same time! You heard it right, no trimming needed after taking out the bone! Where with other machines you need about 2 trimmers to cut out the cartilage for the same capacity, the ST832 does not need any. So this means that one worker can remove the bone and the cartilage of 38 thighs per minute! Minimizing the work, maximizing yield and profit!
