Fin-Tail & Head Cutter

Cutting the heads, tails and fins of flatfish is in most cases a manual handling which takes a lot of time and with a lot of frustration. The ST540 improves on both aspects, cutting at high speed, high accuracy and taking away the cramps in the hands of the operator. Although you need to get used to the handling, the machine can cut about 10 flounders per minute. The safety bar in front of the blade can easily be set to a maximum height of 25 mm when you change fish or grade so you can maximize the safety of the operator.
