ST350S Spare-rib cutter
Description
The Sparerib Cutter will optimise the yield of the thigh production. By means of a double-bladed knife, it cuts parallel to the thighbone to separate the two pieces of meat located on both sides of the bone.
The result is a very presentable new product for the barbecue season, “a Chicken Sparerib”, ready for marinating and cooking.
The Sparerib Cutter is a small, versatile machine with a high capacity, handling a throughput of 100 thighs per minute with only two operators.
