ST650 Automatic breast skinner low out feed
Description
The Whole Breast Skinner is capable of first grade skinning of breast front halves, ready for deboning. The machine is supplied with a manually operated infeed conveyor; an indexed discharge conveyor for the skinned breast front halves and also separate conveyors for the filetside skin and the back skin.
The loading capacity is around 70 pieces per minute, depending on the size of the bird and the skinned product is free of damage to the fillet. The skin is in good condition, ready for use in a value adding operation. The machine is designed to meet the highest safety and hygiene standards.
