Mid-Wing tulip
ST820 De-boning mid-wing
The new Wingette Deboner automates a very difficult and tedious, manual process. One end
of the wingette is cut off and a bone is removed, creating another nice “tulip” wing snack.
The machine is operated by one person and is supplied with a belt conveyor divided into two separate lanes, one for the bones and one for the final product.
