ST828 De-boning machine low capacity
Description
The steen 828 Thigh/drumstick deboning machine is a new way of deboning with maximum yield.
The machine first centers the bone and then pushes it through a hole in a diaphragm. As the diaphragm follows the contour of the bone, it strips off the meat with the highest yield possible.
