The Fin- and Tail Cutter is designed and build in cooperation with representatives from The Directorate of National Labour Inspection Denmark which means that the machine in all senses complies with any known standard for material and safety within the EU.
The machine is designed such that the operator with a high standard of safety can cut the fins and the tail from any ordinary size of flatfish and flounders.
