Description
The STEEN ST350F fillet splitter will optimize the yield of the fillet when removing the membrane of the butterfly fillet for making single fillets out of butterfly.
The fillet splitter is a small, versatile machine with a high capacity, handling a throughput of minimum 60 fillets per minute with only two operators.
