STEEN ST828 Chicken de-boning machine
The STEEN ST828 deboning machine is a new way of deboning anatomically cut thighs and drums with maximum yield. Deboning up to 32 pieces per minute with 1 operator. The machine first centres the bone and then pushes it through a hole in a diaphragm. As the diaphragm follows the contour of the bone, it strips off the meat with the highest yield possible.

STEEN ST800 Chicken de-boning machine high capacity
The STEEN ST800 Thigh/drumstick deboning machine utilizes a new technique to obtain maximum yield from anatomically cut thighs or drumsticks at high speed. Deboning up to 100 pieces per minute with 1-2 operators. The product can be loaded into horizontal trays each with its own, self-centering diaphragm.

STEEN ST850 Turkey de-boning machine
The STEEN ST850 turkey de-boner is constructed as a carousel on which the products are placed in line with the deboning head. When deboning anatomically cut turkey thighs, drumsticks or prime wings, the machine provides perfect results without any bone breakage. With one person operating the machine, the capacity is 35 pieces a minute.

STEEN ST832 Chicken tigh de-boning machine
The brand-new STEEN® ST832 chicken thigh de-boner with patella cartilage remover. The STEEN® ST832 de-boner will de-bone anatomic cut chicken thighs with a weight range from 5 ounces (140gr) till 7 ounces (200gr) with a maximum capacity of 38 pieces per minute. The machine comes standard with an out feed conveyor. Only one operator is needed for processing maximum 38 pieces per minute on this machine with variable speed control. P.P.
